Whether patiently coaching beginner skiers as they make their way down the bunny hill or brainstorming new ideas and classroom strategies with her team of loving teachers, Sheila believes there are no failures, only room for improvement and worthwhile learning opportunities. Dedicated to building a positive atmosphere of learning for the little ones and big ones (our teachers and families) at Trehaus, Sheila knows every child and family by name. She is also a certified ski instructor with NZSIA and treasures her yearly skiing pilgrimages with her family. Sheila’s ‘why not’ attitude has led her to take on and contribute to Curriculum Planning and Execution, while spearheading School Operations and Administration. With a team of like-minded educators at Trehaus, Sheila is ever inspired to push boundaries in the Early Childhood industry and nurture Future Changemakers - of whom her little three year old will be!
