Ann Lee

English Teacher

-Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, James Cook University

Ann’s teaching belief is centred around providing quality holistic education to children, as she engages a diverse range of each child’s needs in her care. From learning how to communicate, how to emotionally regulate, how to coordinate their movements, and how to count: everyday is full of opportunities to explore and learn how to live as themselves. She also treasures building positive relationships with the children, such that they can feel safe, supported and respected. Thus, she is dedicated to capitalising on their everyday experiences by empowering students to apply their skills to innovate solutions in the real-world context.

With 6 years in performing arts, Ann is comfortable on stage and eagerly steps up to the plate to support children’s performances and presentations - if summoned, she will gladly hop on stage too!
